Boost your Immune System with a Healthy Drink

Life must go on! Amid, this global pandemic and continuous hike in the number of COVID-19 cases and Government has initiated unlocking phase, after almost 67 days of rigorous lockdown.

And this is true, we ain’t sure when this Corona is going to an end so enticed in four walls for months is definitely not a solution.

With this unlocking phase, definitely the risk of spreading the infection also increases. So, it is very necessary to keep our selves strong enough to fight against the disease. To boost up your immunity power we have brought up to you a really healthy and tasty drink. I would recommend you all to have this at least once in a day in the morning either lukewarm or at normal room temperature.

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • 10-12 mint leaves
  • 10-12 Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Black salt to taste
  • 1 lemon juice

Recipe:

In a vessel take 3 cups of water and add crushed mint leaves, tulsi leaves, grated ginger, Pepper powder, turmeric powder a d bring it to boil it for almost 10 minutes. Serve it in a cup mix lemon juice and black salt as per your taste.

You can have this halfhearted or you can cool it at room temperature and have it.
